You enter your business name and address, the client's details, an invoice number and due date, then add as many line items as you need with a description, quantity, and unit price for each. The tool multiplies quantity by unit price per line, sums the subtotal, applies the tax percentage you set, and shows the grand total. A live preview renders the finished invoice as you type so there are no surprises before you export. One detail worth understanding is how tax is applied: the percentage you enter is added on top of the subtotal, so a 20 percent rate on a 100 subtotal produces 20 in tax and a 120 total. That is different from a tax-inclusive price, where the tax is already baked into the figure you quoted. If your country uses tax-inclusive pricing, enter the pre-tax subtotal as your line items so the math lines up. Because the PDF is generated client-side, sensitive information like client names, your rates, and revenue figures never travels to a server. You can add a logo by pointing to a publicly reachable image URL, which gets embedded in the PDF. When you are done, you download the file and attach it to an email.
