Reorder PDF Pages

A reorder PDF tool lets you change the sequence of pages in a PDF, and usually delete some of them too, without redoing the whole document. Everything is handled locally by pdf-lib inside your own browser tab, so the file is never sent to a server. It renders every page as a thumbnail in a draggable grid, so you rearrange the document visually by dragging tiles into place rather than typing page ranges, and the running order updates live as you go. Each thumbnail also carries a delete button, which means cleaning up blank sheets or duplicates and fixing the order happen together in one workflow instead of needing two separate tools. The output is lossless: pdf-lib copies each page object into its new position rather than rasterizing it, so selectable text, embedded fonts, and image resolution are all preserved exactly. The one limitation to keep in mind is document structure. Bookmarks and internal cross-page links point at specific page indices, and they are not always remapped when you shuffle pages, so a clickable table of contents or a cross-reference can end up pointing at the wrong page. If a navigable outline matters, plan to rebuild it in a dedicated PDF editor after reordering. Common scenarios include repairing a scan that fed through out of order, moving an appendix or contents page where it belongs, trimming leftover blanks from a merge, and resequencing exported slides before you share them. Because all of this happens locally, confidential documents stay on your device throughout. As with the other editing tools, an encrypted PDF needs its password before it can be changed.
