Data Deletion Instructions

Xevon Tools is built to be privacy-first. Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser, so the files and content you process are never uploaded to our servers and we have no copy of them to delete.

What data we may hold

The only information we may hold about you falls into these categories:

• Anonymous analytics — page-view records collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These are not linked to your name or email.
• Facebook login data — if you have used Facebook Login on Xevon Tools, we may have your name, profile picture, and email address that you authorized us to receive.
• Contact form submissions — if you have emailed us or used our contact form, we keep a copy of that correspondence.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of any data we hold about you, send an email to yasirjamil42@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• The email address or Facebook account associated with your data.
• The specific data you want deleted (or simply “all of my data”).

Response time

We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR and CCPA requirements. If we cannot fulfil your request for any reason, we will explain why.

Facebook-specific deletion

If you connected to Xevon Tools through Facebook Login and want to revoke access immediately, you can also remove the app from your Facebook account at any time:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find “Xevon Tools” in the list and click Remove.
3. Email us as described above to also delete any data already received.
